This development is a keystone development that holds a pivotal role in the whole masterplan. The development connects, improve and energies all current and future developments.
The development will support the commercial need of neighbouring water theme park, community park and future mall.
Super Connector
Connecting all major nodes in the overall masterplan along six-axis that run trough the retail complex.
Hence the new pedestrian traffic from all neighbouring nodes will pass trough the retail fronts, increasing eye on retailers products and services.

A venue that offers lifestyle retail to complete biophilic living experience. The retail park is an extension of the existing community park. By extending the green area of the existing green area, the community can seamlessly transition from the park to the retail environment. By compounding the new and existing green spaces, a green spine can be established where ecology can be nurtured.

TERRAA Suites is designed to strike a distinct pose on Gamuda Cove skyline. Designed with two blocks configuration, to ensure all units capture the panoramic view of the water theme park or the community park. Premium vantage for every unit, improve living quality even within such small space.
TERRAA Suites feature a co-working space and three types of studio/suites units. All units can be converted into lodging layout to accommodate demand from water theme park go-ers.
